They provide transparent estimates, and their team of pros for every trade is well versed with building codes, to do the job right the first time with zero issues during inspection. Juan and his team converted our attached 484 square foot garage into a beautiful, energy efficient ADU that “looks like it was always there”! Juan corrected mistakes made by the architect and added upgrades to our foundation required by the county, all with sensible solutions at minimal cost. Juan has attention to detail that will catch small things the average person, including the homeowner, will overlook. He is never satisfied with “just ok”….he aims for and achieves perfection! We actually missed him and his entire crew when the job was finished! They were all very friendly, yet professional in every respect. "Overall my experience with this company was great! The work that was done was really really good! Our contractor who assisted us was Jose. We added a living space and master bedroom to our home. The additions done look as if they were part of my house this whole time. Honestly it looks way better than I expected. The only reason I rated the company a 4.5 was because there was always some kind of miscommunication between our contractor and his workers. Don t get me wrong, things were always resolved, Jose was great at that. But my recommendation to is to make sure communication is #1. That way the customer is not confused or left wondering what will happen next. There was an issue with his floor guy though, he was rude and unprofessional. BUT the reason I am mentioning this is not to put down the company but let you know that we expressed concern for this issue and it was resolved professionally by Jose and it never became an issue again. The quality of work was top notch! His workers were all pretty cool guys and we always felt comfortable of who was coming into our home to do the work. I highly recommend this company for your next big project😊👍🏼"

Micky and his team are simply superb — every team he brought in did top notch work, including tiles, flooring, plumbing, electrical, countertop, cabinets, glass, stucco, windows, drywall, and more. Micky coordinated everything to perfection, ensuring the project was progressing day to day, sometimes hour by hour. The only “negative” was that we had to work hard to keep up with their impressive pace (in terms of making decisions and ordering needed supplies) and it was well worth it! We are now starting an ADU conversion and we can’t wait for the results."
