"Recently we hired Ardmore to replace the glass in 2 of our skylights and install a new storm door. Other than rain delays the skylights were installed in less than 2 hours as Ardmore sent 2 crews for the installation. They even came inside to vacuum any debris that might have fallen into the house during the installation. (5 out of 5). The installation of the storm doors was different. It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. The difference between a good company and a better company is how well they fix a problem and to this point they are doing a better job. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"

"David added a beautiful shower to our basement area (took care of everything), created a wall and custom made a beautiful door for the utilities area, made a doggy door and helped us put together a small fenced in area with pet turf in our backyard. He takes care of his customers very well and gives them itemized receipts so you know what you are spending on. Not only does he make sure things function as they should, but keeps the esthetics in mind and does a great job at whatever he does! He gives you good suggestions and finds things that are reasonably priced for your projects. Overall, his service is OUTSTANDING. "I contacted JA drywall to work on some popcorn ceilings for me. Josh was very responsive and arrived on time to give me an estimate. To his credit, he did inform me that his estimate would probably be higher than other estimates I would receive. I decided to go with Josh because I felt he was honest, how he communicated with me and because he was available via telephone. Unlike other drywall contractors, who did not show up or were very flaky with the communication. Josh started the work on time and finished when he said he would be complete. Josh did a great job with my ceilings. The drywall was installed, taped, and sanded. I was very impressed with the work they did and I would absolutely hire him again.
