They responded immediately to my request for an estimate for leave clean-up, gutter clean-up, and gutter repair. Edwin arrived promptly the next day. He gave me an estimate that was reasonable and offered to clean the gutters and fix the gutters on the spot that day while arranging for the leave clean-up the following week. He did a great job on both items. I appreciated that Edwin responded to my weather-related concern to get the leave clean-up done earlier. He somehow squeezed me into his busy schedule to avoid the upcoming inclement weather forecast for our arranged day. Edwin maintains great communication so you know what is going on. He did an outstanding job on the leave clean-up blowing, raking, and bagging. My yard was impeccable. "Kevin showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a previous company, SPC, who would only come out when requested and weren’t very good. Problems they supposedly had resolved were not, but Kevin took the time to explain what he found and why the problem (mice) still existed. He put out traps and poisons to rid the mice, and immediately scheduled a follow up to ensure everything was taken care of and another just for maintenance. All covered under the service contract. Plus, if you use them for lawn care (also excellent service) as well the initial fee is waived."

"I really like this guy.  Most companies would not take the time out to really take that extra step and see what’s really gone wrong.  Every time I call this guy with a problem, he rushes out to take care of us.  I can’t say enough about him.  We didn’t have to pay him anything because it was under warranty.  Even though he knew he wasn’t going to get paid for the service, he came right out and that’s what impressed me.  He’s just amazing in general.  We had a problem with drain flies last time and we couldn’t figure out what was wrong.  So we had one plumber come out and he just said that we needed to call him again.  We did that and they came back.  They told us that it was a drain fly that is usually associated with the toilets.  We called a plumber and then another guy came out, and he didn’t see anything wrong.  The guy from Pressley Plumbing noticed that there was a crack in our pipe and he found that out down in the basement where the hole was.  He had already worked on that and the pipe had cracked open on the inside of the house.  Then he came and figured out that there was a root that had actually grown into the pipe on the outside of our house.  He showed everything to us through a video.  It was pretty bad and he set it up, so that we didn’t have to worry about anything.  He really took care of things and made sure that everything was replaced on our walkway.  He replaced all of the dirt and he called the right people to take care of the line.  He took care of everything.  He also called the county to see if they could cover any part of the cost.  He also called the insurance to see if they could cover the cost.  We didn’t have a lot of money and he really worked with us on all avenues.  So that’s why we called him back again when our water heater broke.  He’s just a really good guy.  He has consistently delivered for us.  He comes in and respects the property.  He’s always on time and he makes sure he’s clean.  If he’s not on time he will call.  He’s really good at what he does and he’s very honest.  We will use his services again in the future."
