So Mr. Weston called even before leaving to share what service he thought was necessary, and what wasnâ t. He provided a verbal estimate that seemed very fair, so I hired him over the phone. He told me that, when he got back to his office, heâ s send an invoice so Iâ d have it for estate recordkeeping and that heâ d take and send pictures of the completed work once it was done. He made arrangements with my sisters for when heâ d arrive to do the work. My sisters said that his work was excellent! We hired him to come back and also clean our carpets, which he did today!"
