"They did the work,but I am not pleased with the finishing. The cabinets are not working fine, because the floor of the garage wasn’t even. There was like a V shaped long area which was not covered and later they covered that. I was a little bit displeased with the aesthetic of it , but the system changed the look of mine. I want them to be aware of these kind of things because they do this all the time. When everything is new and this 3-4 inches of area is left behind in front of the garage, it doesn’t look nice. They also came back and removed a cabinet because it was obstructing when I took my car out."

"These guys worked their tails off, and I couldn't believe the attention to detail. They do nice high-end finished looking work, a lot of prep goes into them spackle and sanding, but man it's amazing when finished.

"Jonathon did a great job, and hustled to come out ahead of time to make sure I got exactly the service I needed. I wanted the three, full width cracks hot sealed, something the fly-by-night providers cannot/will not do. I wanted proper sealant, not the watered down "paint" the fly-by night providers use. He power-washed the entire driveway, sealed the cracks professionally, and placed the thick, asphalt-based sealant that will be good for several years, all for an exceedingly reasonable price. He did the work on one of the hottest days of the summer, and yet the coating looks good, with minimal brush marks that will soon vanish. I will call him again in a few years when next I need the driveway treated. Folks - spend the money to get your driveway sealed properly. The "paint" the cheap driveway sealers use is cosmetic only; it does not protect your investment..."

We had a 3-room remodeling project (living room/dining room/library and hall) that other contractors had low-bid on -- with insufficient understanding of the project's scope. Andrei videotaped the project and developed a detailed scope of work that met our requirements exactly. The work included removing wallpaper, painting (including ceiling that slopes from 8' to 18'), installing wainscot, fixing floors, installing electrical boxes, installing new wallpaper, etc. Each of the 3 teams he brought in were extraordinarily competent, friendly, organized, and meticulous. "Lemus Contracting was hired to repair drywall and a textured ceiling damaged from a major leak in my office, as well as two large fluorescent lights there were pulling away from the ceiling due to prior water damage, and another area of the ceiling that was damaged.  He replaced all the drywall, a large section of the ceiling and painted when the work was complete.  From the moment I contacted him, met him for the estimate to the completion of the job, Alex was professional and very considerate of my time and schedule.  Alex (owner) and his men showed up every day when scheduled and were always polite and cleaned up each evening before they left.  Alex did an amazing job and anyone walking into the office would never be able to tell there was ever any damage.  With his reasonable prices, and professional work ethic, I will absolutely use his services again."
