"The salesman missed the first appointment scheduled for 10:00 April 23 - received call from officie at 9:10 He had emergency.scheduled next appointment for April 28 at 10:00 and salesman showed  20 minutes late. He got stuck in traffic.
Salesman was very honest about the deal I had purchased the 6 landscaping lights for $649. I could take the deal but I would be calling again to add additional lights. His ideas were right on and what type of lights and where to put them. The job was scheduled for May 6 and it would take 2 days. They called to say they could come out earlier and they did and installed all of the lights in a day and a half. The lights look great and one of the lights went out just a few weeks ago and I called and they were out the next day. There is a 5 year warranty on the lights.

Since I grill 11 months out of the year and had been using my iPhone and other headlamp devices I thought it was time to improve my grilling experience. Loudoun Lighting truly delivered with their outdoor grilling area spotlight and offered various locations and spotlighting products. The quality of the light we chose has exceeded our expectations, providing ample illumination for our outdoor space. Installation was thorough and unnoticeable and unless you knew the light was there you wouldn't notice it. "Distinctive Landscaping did a major project behind our house that completely changed the looks of the back yard. We had lived in the house for 32 years and this was a project I had thought about many times, but I had to find the right landscape designer to implement it. Kurt was that person. He listened to my vision and came up with a design which was modified several times until it was ready to go. The area behind the house had erosion problems and he planned a retaining wall that solved this and flowed into a walkway that curved behind the porch and deck. Kurt dropped off samples of stone pavers in different colors and we are very happy with the choice we made. The work began in December, 2017, then had to be delayed because the ground was frozen to a greater depth than in most winters. When the elements allowed work resumed. The crew was exceptional, not hurrying, but doing precision work. We were so pleased that we decided to redo our 22 year old flagstone patio using the same stone pavers. Shrubs were added along part of the walkway. Four shrubs were also planted in the front yard. The work spanned almost three months (mostly due to weather related interruptions) and by Spring, the back yard had a whole new look with a walkway and patio that we could use and enjoy."

"I called E-Tec at the referral of another Angie's List contractor I'd already selected to install attic insulation. I spoke with them on Thursday after 5:00 PM, and they had their electrician to my home first thing Monday. Krys was great. He took time to investigate the possibilities for an attic fan and explained my options, which were limited due to the attic configuration. He then installed 3 ceiling fans, which took the better part of the day. He also installed 2 motion sensor lights which weren't on the original work order. One fan was a bit noisy when installed and we discussed whether to replace it. I opted not to. Two weeks later, that fan became really noisy, so Krys came back out to fix the problem. E-TEC charged just the base installation cost for this work, which I feel was fair. The only problem I had was a math error on the original invoice (which I should have caught earlier) but Nicole at E-TEC helped get that corrected within a day of my phone call back to the company."

"Excellent. This is our second time using Handyman at Your Command. We are very happy with their work and will schedule again for drywall, carpentry, light fixture replacement and other work. Tracy was excellent in scheduling the work to meet our needs. She is very quick to return calls and messages. Noel (the handyman assigned to us) did a great job. He is knowledgeable, efficient, professional and very pleasant to deal with. He advised us on the best and least costly way to conduct our repairs and them proceeded to complete the work without fuss. Pricing is fair and work quality is excellent. We highly recommend this company."
