Originally the plan was to restain and get it looking good again, however knowing that I would be dealing with it again in less than ten years I solicited a request for insulated vinyl siding. After speaking with two or three contractors, we decided to move forward with Stronghold Improvements to update the exterior of the home. The quotes for the scope of work were about the same, however after meeting Craig and discussing the project, it was pretty clear who I would be going with. He and his team completely transformed the home. Along the way, they discovered imperfections such as rotting wood or areas in need of paint and corrected the deficiencies. "I needed to replace an old townhouse roof damaged by high winds. My experience with Roofing & More from my first contact with Marie was outstanding. Dwayne came a few days later and provided an estimate, complete explanation of roofing options and company polices, the insurance, license, pamphlets and documents. He also had a crew come out, the next morning, to put up some tarps. Angie keep me completely up-to-date on the project and scheduling, I was never left in the dark wondering about what was happening. Rob, Operations Manager, came out for a pre-construction meeting to explain exactly what and how the crew would perform the replacement, safety methods, home protection, cleanup and photo documentation during construction. On the day the work was performed the amazing hard working crew, led by Armando, worked as prescission drill team, continuously non-stop.
