He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

I explained my situation and the difficulties I’m having finding someone to do the work. He reassured me that someone will come see the job by the end of that same day. "Our refrigerator stopped working on Christmas Eve. I called For a repair the day after Christmas thinking that it might take a week to get an appointment. Dave said that he could come right out that day. While there to fix the refrigerator, we mentioned that the dryer was making a horrible screeching noise. He fixed that too. He did need to order a part for the refrigerator but was able to get it going perfectly until the part came in. Once the part arrived, he returned to do the final repair. It's nice to know who to call when I need an appliance repaired. Dave is very professional and does great work. If you need a repair, I would recommend Drapeau's Appliance Repair."

"Working with Sara at the Kitchen Center was fantastic.  I was nervous about the cost of a new kitchen and overwhelmed with the details of a new layout.  Sara was full of good ideas and she was so patient with me as we worked through planning my new kitchen.  I compared prices to the kitchen company who originally installed our old kitchen and the Kitchen Center prices were comparable.  I gave the price a B rating above only because it isn't cheap to redo a kitchen, but paying for quality cabinets is so worth it!  It took me a few weeks to make a final decision on what I wanted, but when I finally did, Sara made sure that the delivery and installation of the cabinets was on schedule and kept me up to date.  The installer was very professional.  He was a perfectionist and he did an amazing job.  Overall, we are thrilled with our new kitchen!  We love the Wood-Mode cabinets, the pull-out shelves, and some of the nice bells & whistles that are available with quality cabinets.  I would certainly recommend Kitchen Center to anyone who needs a new kitchen or bath and would like to work with a team of designers who are professional and knowledgeable.  "

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
