"After talking to a few other contractors, we decided to hire Kodiak to gut and remodel our kitchen. Working with Mike, Jared, and Ryan couldn't have been a better experience for this generally confused and anxious home owner who'd never hired out for something like this before. Mike was great on the business side, and stuck to what he said, and was very direct and upfront about what was and wasn't feasible, and he and Rob from Cabinet Land put together a great looking floor plan that works much better for us. Jared and Ryan were on time every day, bright eyed, bushy tailed, and ready to go without complaint or excuse. They were very easy to discuss the project with, and were quick to ask questions instead of assuming. They were also very gracious in letting me; the curious, interested, and probably at times obnoxious homeowner be curious, interested, and at times, probably obnoxious. Jared also installed ridge vents in my attic, and a new back storm door. All that being said, I couldn't be happier with Kodiak and their work, and will definitely hire them for future projects."

"They are WONDERFUL. From start to finish, Zach and his guys were wonderful. We signed the contract in late fall of 2017. They came out this week and were finished in a day in a half. We have a large roof with high peaks, several valleys, and two places it's very steep. They had a huge crew, each doing something different. They worked well together and worked efficiently. I'm not kidding when I say, our yard is cleaner now than when they started and the roof looks WONDERFUL. I cannot tell you how happy Brad and I are. The entire crew was very conscientious and they absolutely pay attention to detail. I was impressed that the foreman showed up before 7:00 am and introduced himself. The second foreman showed up a few minutes later and did the same. All the guys were friendly and professional and they absolutely knew what they were doing. Dan painted my chimney surround and another chimney on the roof, to match the replacement vents, and replaced some fascia so that everything looks pulled together and tidy. While WaterpROOFessional Roofing Company were not the cheapest, they came recommended by a friend who's a home inspector and were willing to work with us on the price to fit within our budget. Both Patience and Chris were very easy to work with when scheduling the roof replacement, negotiating options (like shingle color), getting papers signed, payment, etc. When it came to the actual replacement, Chris and his team did an amazing job - it took an extra day since the roof spanned across both buildings and there was a lot to take off but that wasn't an issue since both my neighbor and I were out of town. The new roof looks amazing and haven't seen any problems yet. This is extra impressive since they were able to get this done in under a week in the middle of February in Central Illinois.
