"Contractors quit in the middle of the job, didnt come back until 3 days later to finish even though they told us 2 days in a row that they would be coming over, we contacted the salesman and installation manager about the lack of completing the project, they tried to blame us for the delay. Completely infuriating.. Also left a couple of baseboards in the corner un replaced after taking the old ones off."

It was amazing how thorough Ethel was when she reviewed the possibility of doing the job when she came to the house to provide an estimate. Her team of floor sanders and refinishers were meticulous. If I were to give them a grade of an A or A-plus, I would give them an A-plus-plus!
