The quality of the work is exceptional—everything looks polished and feels durable. Communication was somewhat challenging. It was difficult to find a suitable time to connect and discuss the project in detail within my work hours and the hours they have available. Additionally, the final inspection took longer than expected to schedule. I had to personally reach out to coordinate a time that would work and had the expectation that someone would reach out within the next few weeks after the renovations. While this added some extra steps to the process, once the inspection was arranged, the team was efficient in completing it. Overall, I’m thrilled with the end result and would still recommend their services!"

He was courteous, friendly, and conscientious about his work. He took the time to clean up the worksite daily. Jonathan does excellent work! He kept me informed about when they would be here and even sent Tyler and Sebastian out to help me with my template for my countertop for my vanity (since I had no idea what I was doing). He worked around the fact that my vanity countertop hadn't come in yet and came back to install the countertop when it did come in. He also checked in with me to see how I liked my new shower and vanity. The product is excellent! They manufacture it, they install it (no sub contractors) and they back it.
