Just to make others aware - we had a fair amount of back and forth with the inspectors from our township and had several hardware items delivered to our house that were broken so they had to be re-ordered - so job took longer than we (and Allshire) expected. "Jeff was fully involved in the design and had cost saving suggestions as well. My basement was cinder block walls and cement floors. He put in electric, pot lights, moved doors, drywalled, painted, stained trim. It is now a beautifully finished old west saloon! He also remodeled my bathroom and did a fabulous job. Then I had him redo the fireplace. He was always open to suggestions and very professional. He's friendly, funny and I was completely comfortable having him in my house when I wasn't there. Prices were very reasonable too. He goes above and beyond and does an amazing job. I HIGHLY recommend Sterling Building, LLC!"
