Our old roof was only 9 years old and needed to be replaced plus the beam that was cracked that supported the roof. It was a bad situation because the people who did our roof before did a horrible job. We were left to deal with it. "The installers were fast and for the most part good. However, they did significant damage to my cedar siding, rain gutters, and trim. This appeared mostly due to haste and lack of experience with my type of construction. The entire staff as well as the owner keep saying that 100% satisfaction is their goal and to let them know if I was not. After several calls I was able to get most of the damage repaired to my satisfaction. They did continue to work with me on this."

"Performance was very professional and did a top quality job. We had them install vinyl siding with a stone bay window accent, replace the garage door, and all of the exterior doors of my house. We've received nothing but compliments from the neighbors, friends, family, and strangers walking by. Our only regret is that we had already had a different company under contract to replace our roof before we found/met Performance. If we could have, we would have cancelled our contract with the other company, and would have had Performance replace the roof as well (but the roof replacement was already in progress). GREAT JOB!"
