They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

"After a severe thunderstorm in our area we happened to notice that night that a large amount of water was on the floor in several rooms of our home. We spent a lot of time on cleanup but worried about what caused the flooding especially with more rain in future forecasts. I didnâ  t know any roofing proâ  s in town so I used the internet to search and located Cypress Roofing and read the positive feedback. I called Cypress early the next morning (Friday) and they were able to arrange a roof inspection within two hours or so. Cypress Sales Rep Camden Jones soon arrived and conducted a thorough inspection and found no damage to the roof that would have caused the flooding. Camden then searched for a possible cause and located several entry points for water that were obscured by the landscaping that I was unaware of but will address with my landscape guy. Camden refused to charge for any of the inspection and the whole experience was professional and positive and should I experience any roofing issues in the future I will be contacting Cypress Roofing. I love great service and I recommend that you do the same."
