"We could not be more pleased with the process and end result of our custom designed screened-in porch built by Decked Out. We interviewed a number of builders for the project and Mr. Glenn Stagg stood out above the rest. Rather than trying to sell us on a cookie cutter design that would look like a box tied into our home, he listened to our vision and custom designed a room that blends perfectly with our home. It looks like part of the original structure of the house. From start to finish he personally managed every step of the process on a daily basis. He kept us informed on the progress and made sure he thoroughly addressed any questions or concerns we may have had. His team was prompt on the job and cleaned up fully at the end of each day. Mr. Stagg personally dealt with all material suppliers and sub-contractors so we never had to worry about anything. In one particular instance where there was a cost overrun for the unexpected cost of materials he explained the situation to us and covered the cost out of his own pocket. He explained that we had a contract for a fixed price and he would honor that contract price. The workmanship and attention to detail was meticulous. Our confidence in the project was bolstered when the city building inspector come by to do the rough-in inspection. He asked me who was doing the work and when I told him it was Decked Out he commented “I know their work, perfect as usual”. I have the greatest confidence in Mr. Stagg and his company “Decked Out”. I would use them personally for any other work I needed done and would highly recommend them to anyone else."

"We cannot say enough good things about Mid Atlantic Exteriors! Robert came and gave us a fair quote so we looked no further. He and his crew came out and finished our deck in two and half days! The crew was amazing. Our new deck is well-made and beautiful. We have had many people stop by to complement how beautiful our desk is. Thank you Robert and crew for a very positive experience."

"Mark and his crew were excellent. They arrived and got right to work. They did everything they were supposed to do and it was done efficiently. We have a large patio that extends across the entire back to the house . They had pour a new patio and worked around in an existing air conditioning unit. They were done quickly even thought they worked in the heat of the day. I would recommend him and his crew and if the need arises I will use his service again."

"We cannot say enough good things about this company!! We were referred to them through our electrician who had worked with them before. From the very first phone call to request service with Diane Davis, the customer service was top notch! Ralph White, sales manager, was a pleasure to work with. He came out to the house several times and based on our yard, needs, and preferences, came up with a beautiful plan for a deck around our above ground pool and also a deck on the back of our home. He was honest about pricing and explained the entire process before it was done. Joe Davis, owner, was very pleasant and professional through the entire process. He went out of his way to research and discuss with his team the best options for us, and was on site whenever needed.. Chris, co owner, was very professional and pleasant. He too was a hard worker and led the team well. He has an amazing eye for detail and kept us informed of any adjustments that needed to be made or if he saw another way, gave us the option. Tommy was one of the hardest contractors we ve worked with. He was on site every single day and worked quickly and efficiently. He made a point of always cleaning up at the end of the day and was very pleasant. There were several other men that came (unfortunately we didn t get their names) and worked very hard as well. The team even came out on their days off a few times in order to complete various stages of the project. They ended up having to repair some brickwork to complete our back deck, and finished that a week early and it was beautiful! It was done so nicely that we hired them to redo our front brick porch. The quality and the a craftsmanship of the two back decks were beyond what we had envisioned. Each team member showed pride in their work and it shows in the final product. We will be hiring them again for future projects on our home. If you want quality that will last, we highly recommend calling these guys!"

"QBE completed our fence project on time and on budget. We will use them again for other projects around the house."

"Robert performed my Master Bathroom floor repair/tile replacement approx 145 soft), replaced my back deck boards (approx 740 soft), performed ceiling/wall plaster repairs, and repaired/reset 4 sections of 8 foot fencing. Each and everyone of his crews were professional at all times and cleaned up thoroughly each day leaving the work sites clean prior to calling it a day. Workmanship was excellent. Would recommend Luper Construction to anyone"

"Very honest guy and the lowest quote. Josh has a passion for woodworking projects. He secured our deck and put new railing. He will be back to put in a porch"

"NLR’s Owner was great to work with throughout the project. Staff was professional, courteous and detail-oriented. Our deck is beautiful!"

"Highly recommend Commonwealth Carpentry. Every project has had a fair price, and easy to understand timeline for the work. We will be using Commonwealth Carpentry for some additional projects in the coming months!"

"I interviewed 6-8 different contractors to replace wooden stairs and platform landings from my back yard to the beach below. Most wanted to impose on me their idea of what I should build and their prices reflected this. Yerry took the most time to understand my needs, wants and vision and then create a cost effective yet structurally solid design to accomplish this. Yerry's communication throughout the project was very good. His primary carpenter, Joey is truly remarkable in his work ethic, knowledge and skill. Change orders were handled in a very formal and professional manner and online payments were convenient. Yerry is a hardworking, honest person that I would without hesitation use again for future outdoor deck, stair, etc needs."
