"We had a partially flat roof that had a known issue with a leak where it met a vertical wall. On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. Thank you, Tony and team!"

"Good process and did supervisor inspection of work done after installation. Used requested brand skylights and sealed and used new shingles and water barrier around replaced Skylight area of roof. Looks very neat and clean."

"Miller Roofing Services responded quickly, were professional and polite, and did a great job cleaning my tile roof. Thanks."

"The first time the leak was worked on, there was never a good test of the repair because the rain stopped. When it resumed raining hard, in December 2016 and January 2017, the roof started to leak again in the same location. I called the same person I had dealt with for the prior work, and received promises but no action. Everyone who looked at the roof said they saw no problem, but it continued to leak. After 6-8 weeks of inspections, delays, changed appointments, and ongoing leaking, I contacted the office manager and got fast response and good service. Ramon spent time in the attic even though the leaky area was a long way from the attic access entry point, and difficult to get to. He followed the stains from the water from its outside entry point to where it was entering our living space, and determined what needed to be done to really fix the leak. Once he did that (which they had not done during the prior work), the repair itself was quick and easy, and it has rained hard since the repair with no ongoing leakage into our living space. I don't know if we paid for work that wasn't really needed in the first attempt to fix this leak, but I was happy that the warranty on the original work covered this work, and satisfied overall. Lesson to self: call the office first!"

"Called on Thursday and roof repair was completed by Monday.. Great Job"

"My service technician, Kyle Case , had excellent communication skills, he was friendly, professional and he addressed everything that was scheduled in a thorough and timely manner. I was notified by phone prior to his arrival so that I knew that he was able to begin early which was great for me. As it turns out, Kyle had worked on my roof a number of years ago. So today, roofing shingles, called edging shingles had lifted due to our hot summers. The shingles were secured and I had my gutters cleared. All of this with a smile and time that was used efficiently. Kyle takes pride in his work and in Straight Line. I like the new van ! I highly recommend Straight Line and especially, Kyle. Kyle did a great job and represents your company in the most positive way. Thank you ! Catherine"

"Ray fixed my gutters, added diwn spouts and ensured they were installed appropriately with the shingles."

"Frontier Roofing did a wonderful job repairing my roof after the heavy rains earlier this year. They were very thorough and made sure that without a doubt my roof was repaired. I need to especially acknowledge Sanchez. He is not only the best at what he does, he is the nicest person, a real professional and a real pleasure."
