"The delivery van driver backed over and snapped off my garden faucet. To expedite the claim approval process by the delivery company, Njord was willing to provide a very reasonable estimate by email after a phone conversation. Finally the repair estimate was approved and Njord scheduled the repair for the next day at 8AM. The repairman arrived very early dug out around the leaking stand pipe to find the buried PVC supply and secondary pipes and called me just before 8AM to say he was at the hardware store buying all the needed supplies and would be right over. All the repairs were completed by 10AM. The work quality was excellent and the repairman was extremely skilled, respectful and helpful. I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to call them for the next job."
