"For the initial consultation Mr. Varela arrived on time. He took time to listen to the whole story about my roof and the failed attempts to fix a leak I had going directly into my kitchen. The main priority was established to fix the leak in the roof before anymore damage was done. Later the metal roof was installed and I am very pleased with my new roof! "Prior to Lee Hoffman Roofing re-roofing our home on May 5-6, 2024, our home was water-tight with no leaks. Imagine our surprise when we discovered THEY CAUSED A MASSIVE LEAK TO THE INTERIOR OF OUR HOME THAT AFFECTED OUR KITCHEN, BOTH BATHROOMS, THE HALLWAY AND THE FURNACE ROOM AND RESULTED IN TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF DAMAGES AND EXPENSE. Black mold developed due to their repeated delays in our attempts to resolve the problem in a timely manner. When we finally enlisted our insurance company to step in, we had to move out of our home for many weeks and live in an AirBNB so we would not suffer further effects due to the mold accumulation. We also had to replace our furnace at our own expense due to the black mold. We are seniors with significant health issues living on a fixed income and this has really been a difficult situation any way you look at it.
