"Hello to all, Greg here. I want to let you know of the outstanding work L&J perform at my home. First let me tell you how Friendly, Polite, Kind, Caring, Easy Going, Dedicated, Trustworthy and Hard Working this team is. Truly one of my biggest plugs for them is ON TIME, a man of their word. You don't really find that anymore. That make you feel like you are really important to them not a customer but family like. I recommend them to anyone with a home project to be done. I think the PRICES are Pretty Dang Good. Anyway give them a try, I think you will be VERY PLEASED. WAY TO GO Jacquelinee, you all are SUPER. I shout out to the whole team with a special thanks to Andy."

"We experienced several bad roof leaks during the 2021 Monsoon storms. The original tile roof was installed around 2006, and we had tile workers come several times over the years to fix cracked tiles. We had various roofing companies come to perform detailed inspections with photos. Modern Desert Roofing was prompt, courteous, and professional. They readily answered questions about their work, including replacing tiles and underlayment. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up after they finished. I would highly recommend Tony and Modern Desert Roofing."

"They arrived with a full crew and within 5 hours our entire was painted - everything is perfect and we love it. The crew was polite and professional and showed us everything that was done before they asked for payment. I would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking about having their house painted and roof sealed. Thank you S & H Contracting LLC!!!"
