The part of the appeal to me is that the store's people that they send to the house was usually not the people I'm afraid of having inn my home or around my kids. I assume that their price was reasonable because I wouldn't have gone with them otherwise. For me, if they can send out people that I can trust being in my home, then I'm willing to pay more. And the fact that they're licensed, insured and bonded. It's a big point to me."

Their machine broke down and that bothered me. They supposedly fixed it right then and there but they didn't fix the machine."
