Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. "I hired Statesville Masonry & Decks for a covered patio and outdoor fireplace project. While portions of the work were started, the job was never completed despite full payment being made. Specifically, the contractor failed to relocate the outdoor fireplace to the agreed-upon location and did not cut an opening through the patio roof for the chimney, leaving the fireplace unusable. I made multiple attempts over several months to allow the contractor to finish the work. Several completion timelines were provided but not met, and the project was ultimately left incomplete with no refund or resolution offered. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company."

At Instyle Charlotte you can find something for every budget. We have on hand designers able to help the customer achieve the look that best fit their lifestyle. Instyle is the only Charlotte Dealer for Artistic Tile. At team Instyle you will not have to worry about a total "stranger" showing up at your door and being in your home because everyone here has worked for this company for at least the past 5 years and more. Instyle is also family and locally owned.

"Unprofessional! Use World Stone instead. Time from template to installation is longer than average. Vein matching quality was poor which generated multiple requests for template revision. The templates they provided for approval frequently had backward/upside-down pieces that required correction. Did not return phone calls/emails in a reasonable timeframe. Dented new vanity with installation. Did not use the sinks available as instructed during installation and did not include drill holes in templates, so they accidentally drilled 3 holes for each faucet instead on 1. When they had to correct this error by re-fabricating another slab, they created excessive construction delay by forcing me to re-template another virtually identical quartz slab. At the end of my project, I needed a 3” x 7” countertop side splash revised to a 3” x 11” piece due to a construction change. I tried to pay them to do this. They flat out refused and forced me to go to another fabricator, who was kind enough to generate this piece for me from a remnant for $37. I would not recommend this business!"

I told him exactly where to get trim molding and he refused to check there and wasted hours searching and got frustrated and his attitude reflected his frustration. I made one phone call to place I told him that had molding... Wow, they had it in stock!!! Sheetrock repair was average at best. I had to redo a big portion. I asked for estimates for portions of work and was asked to be patient but when he wanted payment, wasn't patient at all. Would not use him ever again. See attached pics of his finished sheetrock work."
