"we like his approach. Forthcoming in terms of the questions they asked looking over our appliances. Trustworthy. Helpful. Succeeded in making repairs. Will hire again. Will recommend him highly."

"Communication is great. On time. Very professional. Got to work immediately. My washer was fixed less than 30 min. Went over with me what was wrong with the machine."

"Kevin from Prime Star arrived within the 2 hour window of 11am - 1pm. He was very courteous. He first vacuumed the water from the washer / dryer which had not drained out. Next, he dismantled the unit, replaced the drain pump and performed other maintenance to the LG unit. After reassembling the unit, he did a test run of the rinse cycle, which operated perfectly. The Zelle payment transaction was professional and smooth. Kevin also gave me a receipt and a business card. The repair was completed about 1 hour. I started a laundry load shortly after Kevin left. The washer / dryer is operating as though it's new."

"They were professional, knowledgeable, and very punctual. Armen, a certified, licensed, and bonded technician, provided all the information I needed and repaired my 8-burner stove quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend their service!"

"Prime Appliance Repair did an excellent job fixing my fridge! The technician was professional, quick, and very knowledgeable. My refrigerator works perfectly now, highly recommend their service!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Washer repair by LA best Appliance repair"

"Bob and Tony were great and fixed a problem that Samsung’s other repair service (Service Quick) couldn’t do. If you have a Samsung warranty repair in LA, ask for AML instead of Service Quick (Jeremiah - who was rude and couldn’t fix my issue)."

"Excellent Service — Highly Recommend Eric! I had a great experience with Eric from E.A.R.S. Certified Appliance Diagnostic and Repair. He arrived right on time and was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Eric diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator and took the time to clearly explain what was wrong, what caused the problem, and exactly what needs to be done to repair it. I really appreciated that he didn't rush through the appointment or leave me wondering what was going on. What stood out most was his honesty and reasonable pricing. It's refreshing to find someone who provides quality service without trying to overcharge or recommend unnecessary work. I would definitely use Eric again and highly recommend him to anyone needing an honest, dependable and professional appliance repair technician. Thank you, Eric, for the excellent service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
