"Did a good job"

"This company made a lot of damage to my driveway when they were throwing old roof tiles down, many chips and pivots now. Also, did not cover my new pavers and caused many brown spots which they later tried to resolve with power washing but left stains. They moved the metal part off my water heater on the roof and water heater stopped working when water got inside. The worst is that they promised to take care of the damages but the owner never even came to check on the final product, so i don't know if the roof is even completed correctly. They never came back to put things back in the garage, although promised for several weeks to come. Left 4 different colors on facia, metal and roof trimming even though I offered matching paint for them to complete the job....super disappointed, considering now to take them to small claims court as they refuse to take responsibility for damaged pavers and driveway.....My first impression of them as agreeable was totally wrong."

He was able to determine that our roof, designed in 1997, had a flaw in the flashing and tile placement . We discussed the scope of work needed to fix the flaws properly. Aaron was so nice, kind, knowledgeable, articulate, and compassionate that he was able to completely put our minds and anxiety (caused by others) at ease so adequately that the repairs started the next day. Aaron was superb in his communication with us and overseeing the repairs. His employees were very courteous as well as highly skilled in their trade. Aaron also implemented a higher level of safety due to our disabilities & visiting grandchildren. The work performed on our house completed to a very high standard.
