"I can enthusiastically recommend Kas and Deck & Fence Contracting, Inc. without hesitation. I received four estimates in total for my deck repair project, and Kas was clearly the right choice. He understood what I needed and did not try to oversell products or designs. Communication and scheduling were easy, and the finished project looks fantastic. It is obvious that Kas takes great pride in his work (and rightfully so). Outstanding!!"

"Mike and his crew are top notch professionals and very skilled at their trade. I am beyond words how my deck came out. It came out beautiful! If you're looking for a new deck, or to replace your existing deck hire Touch of Class. You won't be disappointed."

"Very puntual And explained all that need it to be done to replace 11 doors I was so happy Iâ m planning to hire him for more projects"

"As a brownstone dweller and small time landlord, I have lots of odds and ends that need doing. I have used Patrick s services for several jobs now, and am always so pleased with the results. Everything from sinking a fence post to repair my backyard fence, to gut-renovating a kitchen. He and his crew are knowledgeable, prompt, tidy and communicate effectively - - I never sit around waiting for somebody who does not show or calls an hour later to reschedule. Both I and my tenants are treated respectfully and always dealt with fairly. Patrick is a stand-up man and I recommend him whole-heartedly. If you do not expect something for nothing, but are looking for good, honest work, done skillfully and on time, Tigerâ s Handyman is the company to call."

"Very professional bossiness, with a great sense for Design Build The project turned out fabulous."

"Juliano was very responsive and receptive of ideas I had for the project. The work done turned out the way I wanted and was able to do it within my price range. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the cleanup afterwards. There was more saw dust leftover than I anticipated. Regardless, I would recommend and would hire again for further projects."

"Hiring Elson, Ardi and their team was a great choice from Day One. Their proposal was well conceived, the price was very competitive, and the work was completed on time and on budget. Dismantling and removing the old roof deck on our co-op in midtown Manhattan and replacing it entirely with a well designed new one was a big job but was finished remarkably quickly. Plus, Elson made several recommendations that greatly improved final result. As President of our co-op, I would unequivocally recommend this company."

"Everything appears to have been done professionally."

"Skilled contractor knew exactly what I wanted, was clean, punctual and polite. I have recommend his services many times. Definitely a number you donâ t want to lose.!"

"Adriel was true to his word. He and his two men that did the work, were very nice and worked hard. I love my Trex deck. They went above and beyond for us. I respect his integrity which is so rare, his ability to communicate with me and I highly recommend his company."
