I kept being up sold, they kept saying they will provide me 5 screens or we should have this done, which was more of a c'mon for me to get more things. I just had screens needed to be repaired and not anything more. They showed up on time, and they did every thing on time, but when you come in, and do a bait and switch, that is not professionalism for me. Professionalism is when you come and do what you have been paid for."

We had our 24 year old leaky windows replaces with new Milgard retrofit window.  This company was quick to come out and give a bid.  They were very friendly and easy to talk to.  I also wanted custom casements and ledges built into my windows.  They listened and looked at pictures of what I wanted.

They did exactly what I wanted. The windows turned out so beautiful and my house is so much quieter and cooler.

I will definitely be calling these guys out if I need and thing else done on my house.  They do such quality work.

"Mr. Madsen responded quickly to my request for service and arrived on time. We had just powerwashed the front entry & had 3 people painting in the entry & hallway that he had to pass through when he arrived. He was extremely careful not to track in any wet debris, removed his shoes, & navigated his way through all the ladders and wet paint with ease. He went up into the attic & inspected the attic furnace, resolved the problem, & then tested the furnance to make sure that it was running properly. He gave a description of what he had seen when he inspected the unit, and what action he had taken. The inspection, repair & explanation took approximately 45 minutes. He brought everything with him that he needed & did not need to go back out to his truck once he was inside. He was courteous, efficient and professional."
