The team helped me install a new 26Kw Generac Generator and transfer switch. I am now protected when power goes out, and with Met-Ed it goes out all the time. They also checked out my electrical service and gave me a free inspection! I was given a very reasonable price for the entire install, with no hidden fees or taxes. "Jeff and his electricians were very nice to work with and responsive throughout the whole project from permit application to rewiring to inspection by the township. We expected wall and ceiling damage when rewiring our 102 year-old house, but were very pleased with the care that the team took to minimize the repairs we would need to do after the rewiring. We really had far fewer repairs than we envisioned, which was great! The electricians were very friendly and respectful and worked extremely hard each day. The rewiring was a difficult job given the stone construction, plaster walls and age of our house, but took under two weeks to complete. During the initial inspection, the township requested that one outlet be GFI-protected in the bathroom. I called Jeff and he had a team there the next business day to change the outlet and we passed the re-inspection with no problem. I was impressed by their responsiveness, and would definitely hire them again!"

"Electrical in an older home can be complicated. We had several people give outrageous estimates or never show up to do the work. Stapleford electric was prompt in providing an estimate and completed the work with quality. The cost for installing a new outlet and bracing for a large, heavy chandelier was fixed cost and other work was a time and materials rate. Both were reasonable and they knew what they were doing with the old style wiring. We had an additional expense to get plaster repaired separately but that would have been the case no matter who did the electrical work - they referred us to a master plasterer which was great. I have no reservations to recommend or use Stapleford again."

Brad is an excellent communicator who did beautiful work selecting and installing a replacement exhaust / heat fan and switch panel in the master bath. He saved us the expense of the powder room exhaust fan replacement by making a repair instead. Brad Brown Electrics is our new go-to business for future electrical work!"

"Bill H from Gambino Electric showed up promptly on time for the job. There were some edge ceiling tiles that needed to be removed to reach the power line and Bill did very clean work with the removal and disposal. Bill showed cross sections of the older range power line and the new line installed, describing the differences in insulation and safety features of the newer line. Bill went above and beyond by detecting the wrong cord on the new range, and replaced this with the proper range gauge power cord. Bill also helped us to correctly position and level the new range appliance. I would recommend Bill and Gambino Electric for any similar household wiring job where safety and quality of work are a priority."

"I generally really dislike leaving feedback. I find myself honest to a fault because I believe it's a responsibility to leave honest, accurate feedback for potential other customers. Then I go through this process of "am I being too nit-picky", "am I being overly sensitive", etc, and finally I don't leave the review because if it isn't good, will it hurt the business, or just as bad, reviews that say "they were great" isn't helpful at all....and so I buckle under the pressure of my own assessment. I say all that here to tell you I have ZERO issues writing this review right now. I reached out to Mr. Electric because a project that was supposed to start in August was bumped up on the schedule, and as always, I procrastinated getting someone to come out and move an electrical box and some conduit. I reached out to Mr. Electric on a Thursday, and the following Monday was promised someone (Travis M from Mr Electric) would come out and give us a quote on the work. Travis showed up right on time, and only was he super-flexible with whatever work I asked for (added in 2 outside electrical boxes besides the electrical box reconfiguration and move), they gave me a more than reasonable quote for the work and told me they could get the work done right then and there. My wife and I agreed, and the final result was phenomenal. Travis M and also Andrew from Mr. E jumped right in, and did a superb, professional job in a matter of a couple of hours. I would be remiss if I didn't say that not only was their work professional, their attitude and conduct was professional beyond reproach. To be fully honest, they looked and acted the part of professional electricians from a professional company. These 2 gentlemen represented Mr. Electric in a fully excellent way, and they will be my go-to for future projects. Perfect 10 out of a possible 5 stars!"
