My overall experience with this company, from speaking with Emma to the pool closing today was excellent: Justin and his assistant arrived punctually at 10am. The closing ran smoothly and Justin explained the procedure and provided some helpful hints for next year. All filters, pumps and so forth were put next to my shed (upon my request) and thoroughly cleaned. The closing took about 1 hour and I was pleased.
