"Excellent service! We scheduled Plumbing Plus to replace the hot and cold cartridge's in a sink faucet and a tub pop-up drain and overflow gasket. Jared N. quickly assessed the problems. The faucet was so corroded with water deposits that it could not be dismantled to simply replace the hot and cold cartridge's. So Jared replaced the entire faucet with a high quality replacement. After the tub pop-up drain was replaced, Jared checked for leaks by looking in a 'trap door' in the ceiling below the tub that was left after the tub was replaced in an earlier remodel. Jared discovered that the entire tub drain was leaking and need to be replaced, which he did. He also corrected a problem with the drain pipe left from the previous remodel. Although the job was much more complex than expected, Jared was professional, efficient, and extremely cheerful throughout . We highly recommend Jared and Plumbing Plus"

They have been SO easy to work with—and when you’re opening a second spa location in San Diego, easy is everything. Gabe moved fast (he’ll be done by Monday—EEK!), and for business owners, time is money, so having a contractor who’s in and out efficiently is HUGE. During the project, he discovered some mold in the building. Not only did he notify the property owners immediately, but he also took care of the remediation, followed all proper protocols, and handled it all on his own. We’re forever grateful for how quickly and professionally he resolved it. Honestly, our favorite thing about working with Gabe is how he consistently goes above and beyond—especially in ways we didn’t expect, which meant a lot to us as two female business owners. We never once felt taken advantage of, which sadly can be a rare experience in this industry. To give you an idea of how fast he worked: our space includes five treatment rooms, two storage rooms, a kitchen, an office, and a lobby. He redesigned and completed the whole buildout in just over a month. "Every year in Spring we have our air conditioner serviced. This last Spring, Anderson Plumbing came out and did the service. At the same time saying that our heater was needing a new part and shutting that system down. Last week Anderson came out to look at the heater. Said it needed a ?minor? repair for $700. We had someone else come out today for a second opinion. He was from Evo Air. He looked at everything, nothing wrong at all!! Turned the system back on and everything works fine. That is what honestly and integrity looks like! Completely a free visit. Again, NOTHING AT ALL wrong!! $700 could have been wasted on a scam by Anderson. "

"This place is a scam- DO NOT TRUST THEM! Just pay the extra and work with a BBB accredited company. We are extremely dissatisfied with the service we received today. We hired someone to save us time during a large demo project, but wish we just did it ourselves from the beginning to save time and headache. Based on the company's assessment, we were informed that our dryer vent had a significant blockage, so severe that it would require tearing out walls or possibly going through our new roof. We were obviously concerned about the potential cost and disruption. But don't worry, they're a construction company too... a little too convenient However, after the technician left, my husband decided to inspect it himself since we just had it cleaned within a year ago. Within an hr, he was able to clean out a considerable amount of lint, but there was no actual blockage obstructing the vent. In fact, as you can see in the attached photograph, a standard dryer vent cleaning tool could pass straight through the hose from the front to the back. Not to mention, there is plenty of air coming through the vent and none coming back into the home."

"Thank you to Julio Valle from John Padilla Plumbing, Inc. After I had a lukewarm shower, I called Padilla Plumbing based on their 5 star reviews on various platforms. They had an opening the next afternoon. The gentleman on the phone gave me an estimate for replacing the water heater if that was necessary & told me their service charge would go toward any repair that they did for me. The next day, a gentleman called to say the plumber was running late & would miss the time window. What would I like to do? I opted to have the plumber come the same day if he could do it in the daylight. Julio arrived about 20 minutes later! Yay!! Julio was very professional & courteous. He tested the in-house faucets (upstairs & down) for water temperature. Then we went down to the water heater in the garage. He adjusted the temp on one of the heating elements as it was much lower than the other one. Again, he tested water temps upstairs & the water was already warmer!! This seems to be a well-run, responsive plumbing company that I will call again when needed. Highly recommend."
