"Gus, Victor and the crew were professional, on time, and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly, did solid work, and cleaned up well when they were done. The job was completed as promised, and the roof looks great. I’d recommend them to anyone needing roofing work."

"Our water heater stopped working. I called Rescue Rooter to take a look. The guy was there for 30 seconds and said it was dead. He said he turned off the water to the heater. But he actually turned off the water to the house. I call RR back. Another guy came out and got te water back on. But the next day it would not work again. No water. I called RR for a 3rd time....and they refused to come turn on the water...unless I paid another $250! What a bunch of ripoffs and criminals! THATS ILLEGAL FOLKS! These crooks have a 30 day guarantee to get the work done. They took one day to screw up our lives and charged me $99....and wouldn't fix their own mistake. Don't make the same mistake I made by calling Rescue Rooter. What a nightmare!!"

"This place is a scam- DO NOT TRUST THEM! Just pay the extra and work with a BBB accredited company. We are extremely dissatisfied with the service we received today. We hired someone to save us time during a large demo project, but wish we just did it ourselves from the beginning to save time and headache. Based on the company's assessment, we were informed that our dryer vent had a significant blockage, so severe that it would require tearing out walls or possibly going through our new roof. We were obviously concerned about the potential cost and disruption. But don't worry, they're a construction company too... a little too convenient However, after the technician left, my husband decided to inspect it himself since we just had it cleaned within a year ago. Within an hr, he was able to clean out a considerable amount of lint, but there was no actual blockage obstructing the vent. In fact, as you can see in the attached photograph, a standard dryer vent cleaning tool could pass straight through the hose from the front to the back. Not to mention, there is plenty of air coming through the vent and none coming back into the home."

"Fernando was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt, provided excellent and professional installation of two new shower valves. My showers had 40 year old dual valve systems. He converted them into single system valve systems. "

FAQs for sewer main install, replace or repair projects in Valley Center, CA

When installing a sewer line, you should consider extra costs like tree removal, driveway repairs, or patio resurfacing. Hiring a professional plumber is essential, and you may need additional specialists if landscaping or heavy excavation is involved. Addressing these potential extras up front helps ensure accurate budgeting and prevents sudden cost overruns.

To calculate the length of sewer piping you need, measure the distance from your house to the main sewer line, adding the depth of the city main to this distance. Be sure to account for any obstacles like tree roots or utility lines that may require additional piping.

City sewer lines are installed at a lower elevation to prevent unwanted backflow and water damage. This lower positioning ensures enhanced performance and long-term safety, meeting all technical and safety standards.

With trenchless methods, a plumber inserts a smaller pipe within the existing plumbing, avoiding full excavation. It can be more cost-effective and less disruptive than traditional methods, but it's not suitable for all homes.

Yes, you must secure permission from your local water authority before connecting to a public sewer line. This approval ensures your connection meets all regulatory requirements.

Sewer lines are buried between 18 inches and 8 feet deep, with most systems placed between 18 and 30 inches. In colder regions, pipes are set deeper to remain below the frost line.
