"I originally phoned Eric, 4.5 years ago, during the build out of our veterinary clinic. I needed a matte finish, non-slip, easy clean, no grout and super durable (20 + years) floor. Eric came to my location, the same day, to explain the process and show me samples. Eric also directed me to another vet clinic, where I could see the very same floor I wanted. I was able to see for myself how the floor was holding up and talk to the people who used it everyday and were responsible for cleaning it. Eric was attentive to our timeline. We had an odd request - needed someone to sand down our concrete water slide and finish it, run a dedicated line from the pool filter, and ensure adequate water running to use the slide. Isai knew just the guy to help. We had difficulties getting everything working, as expected. This project has been a boondoggle. But Adan persisted in finding a solution that we would be happy with, and he did. We finally have a working slide and a working water feature for our pool in time for summer!!
