"We hired Allphase Construction and Custom Kitchen and Design to complete a first-floor remodel that included our enclosed breezeway, dining room, kitchen, living room, and stairway. Our home was built in 1950 and was very outdated, in disrepair, and had small boxy rooms that made gathering difficult. Joe was helpful in working out the overall design and both he and Custom Kitchens were patient as we revised the design several times. We gutted the kitchen, took down two walls, replaced all flooring, interior doors, renovated the stair treads and handrail, installed a new front door, and put in all new casing and lighting. That much work creates a lot of mess and dust and I appreciated the care all workers took with keeping our house as clean as possible through the process. Our project manager was incredibly conscientious and patient with all of the decisions that went into this huge remodel. We did run into some quality issues with a subcontractor which was stressful. However, Joe was more than committed to making sure the end product of the job was done well. He brought in new people and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the result. His reputation is important to him, and his desire to make the customer happy is notable and was very reassuring when taking on a project of this size and cost. I felt like I could share my concerns with Joe and felt not only heard but respected. He is committed to quality even if the unexpected happens. I would certainly work with Joe in the future."

They used the unique doors and lightening that we had acquired and made them look as if they were always there. We love our new laundry room, office and stair well. They did custom work as well. "Wally Manfredia did first-class work -- so much so that friends and neighbors comment on how beautiful and well-done the renovation was. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about all facets of construction and renovation, and wants to do things right. He was able to present us with ideas and solutions we had not thought of, and options for saving money. And he stayed with us to the end when all manner of unexpected problems arose with everything from water infiltration to uneven joists, and completed a job that was much more complex and time-consuming that he had bargained for. He even came back to finish final items on the punch list after he had received complete payment. Topping it off, Wally is a good-natured and good guy -- important since living in a home through a top-to-bottom renovation is very stressful."

"I had Paul add a layer of drywall to my existing ceiling (along with a soundproofing compound) in a room to buffer the sound coming from upstairs. Paul did exactly what I asked and at a fair price. He was also willing to speak with a consultant in order to better his understanding of the project. I appreciated that. I am pleased with the final appearance of the ceiling."

"Great , Bob explain step by step what he was doing . After going through a crawl space and finding it wasn’t going to work he explained how he was going to resolve the situation and make it work that he can reach the pipes and insulate the pipes correctly! All this was done in my laundry room . They cleaned up so nicely no dirt left behind ! I also ask if Bob could fix the trim on our garage door and the trim on the garage roof when ever he had time . At the end of the day he took the time to explain all the work he did started with the laundry room explaining details then took me outside and showed me they fixed the trim on the door and garage roof ! I’m very pleased and happy with the work . Bob and his team went above and beyond . Bob and the guys are very friendly and professional will definitely hire them back . Definitely recommend these hard workers."
