"They came quickly & receptionist Charlene was professional. Service tech (I believe his name was Dan or David), came & serviced both central AC units. There were some conflicts about charges & what their service agreements cover or don’t that he called the owner about that could’ve gone either way, but in the end they did good business & I signed up for their annual service plans - which was basically the same price as the one service call would’ve been... but gives us a winter tune up as well. Thankfully they honored. They gave estimates for additional jobs which were about 2x what they should’ve been... so we didn’t hire for anything else."

Dean and team were honest what the issue was and was able to schedule the installation asap. They were the only company to explain a part of the system was newer and didnâ t need replacement. They even discovered an issue during the installation and corrected it immediately, and still kept their word when the install would be completed. So happy we chose Efficiency Air !"

"ONLY one willing/able to show up on a Saturday and 1 days notice prompt- efficient- went very well EXCEPT cost $300 They said $185 for service call but that $185 to be applied to cost if service done. Then charged an additional $80 for part to be installed and then $35 to top off Freon. We felt $265 was very very high for capacitor (185+80)"
