The first thing I saw was The Water Heater Company 24/7. I called and got a representative, after verbalizing the specifics of my issues, she promptly set up an appointment the next day from 3 to 4 on Monday. I was under the assumption that I needed a new unit and I needed it the next day. I only had Monday to rectify this issue. Tuesday morning an ill loved one was coming to be cared for all of November. The Representative stated that she would have her tech person contact me the next morning. I was worried. I had one day to acquire a 100 gallon Water Heater and have it installed, an unrealistic timeframe. While pondering my dilemma , I started thinking maybe a tankless water heater would work to replace the 100, gallon tank. I dialed the number back and got Anthony. He knew who I was and my issue and immediately gave me a very concise answer to why that wouldnâ t work. He then ask me a few questions regarding the problem. He stated that his company could probably repair the issue the next day. He had looked up the specs for my existing heater. The only issue was that the part for the repair was in another part of California. I relayed my timeframe regarding my Ill loved one. He stated that he would have the part couriered and they would be at my home at 1 the next day. They were prompt and efficient. I have never had a company take my issues into consideration and seamlessly rectify my issue with such compassion and professionalism."

"Ok so this man Giovanni is a rare find. Read his reviews they are real reviews. I had a problem no hot water and we had a new tankless hot water heater put in 9 months ago. So did some research and as soon as I read Giovanniâ s reviews I stopped searching. The review of the son being concerned that Giovanni was going to take advantage of his older mother is the main review that sold me. So this is what happen, I called and spoke to Giovanni around noon. He was going to squeeze me in around 2:30. He had other appointments. So around 1:30 a friend can to my house and I told her about the hot water so she said let me see. She started going into settings and with a few clicks it started working. I then sent Giovanni a text telling him what took place. He called me I told him what my friend did and walked him through the steps. He said all was good except to take off always running and put on intelligent, which I did. So now the next day I get home from work turned on hot water and just warm after 5/6 minutes of running. So thinking there was still the problem I text Giovanni and ask if he could come and look at it either today or tomorrow told him about the warm water. He then text me back saying that the intelligent needs to relearn when we use water. He also told me to turn on hot water in few different places in the home. And yes he was right the water got hot very hot. It just needs to relearn when we use hot water. I have paid this man nothing, he talk me out of having him come to my house because he doesnâ t feel there is a need for him. He told me it could take a week to learn, and if I did have problems to call him back. WHAT A GREAT GUY. I kinda hope it does break just to meet this incredible man. THANK YOU GIOVANNI. Need to update this review because I did have him come to my house for a feew liitle things. He quoted my $1,595.00 for 3 didderent fixed. The reason why I am writing this is because after he started the work he realize that one of the issue I had didn't need as much work as he first thought. He removed $400.00 from my bill. He could have said nothing because the issue was in the craw space and I would have nevered known. That is a really great guy and an incredible plumber without a doubt. Would refer him to anyone and everyone!"

"I called two other plumbing services and obtained estimates to install two tankless water heaters to replace ancient 50 gal. and 40 gal. tank water heaters. He called me back right away and kept his appointment time. He carefully explained how it would work best and his estimate was lowest. One water heater was located in a utility closet on the side of the house. He came up with the idea of taking the door off and installing an outdoor tankless water heater which saved me money by not having to install venting up to the roof. He also followed up with me by providing me with the SoCal Gas Co. and manufacture's rebate information which will save me another $1800!"
