"Roof & window we're repaired immediately. They showed up the following day after my initial call and provided an accurate estimate. Work commensed right after I signed the contract. The siding took a bit longer due to difficulty matching my 16 yr. old siding (an exact match was no longer being manufactured). I learned this is a common problem. Once an acceptable match was found; the work was completed promptly and correctly. Every effort was made to satisfy me (the customer) and they succeeded. I would hire them again for future needs."

"He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."

"The company showed up on time and conducted the shingle replacement being careful not to damage the gardens around the house. They brought the roof up to current code, (the roof no longer complied with local codes), and worked with our chimney company to install the flashing properly. The cleanup was performed in an acceptable manner and the work was finished on time. Follow-up inspections by the company and I showed I had a good roof that was going to last another long time. I would definitely recommend this company for roof work."

"Overall an okay experience.  Professional, timely, and easy to get in touch with.  However, installers left a 2x2 cm hole in my drywall near the upper left corner of the door frame. Instead of patching it up with plaster they injected a white caulk into the hole (my walls aren't white).  I'm going to have to repair that on my own dime (easy fix...however I wish they had taken the 10 seconds to patch it correctly)  In addition, the door frame came unpainted (only had a white primer on it) and I was told by the installers that I needed to paint it myself.  Really?  I'm pretty sure that wasn't explained to me by the salesman.   Also an easy fix...however given the price I'd expect the frame to come pre-painted.  
Overall (besides the minor details above) the door looks and works great."

"Power is worth every penny. From the very beginning to the very end, they were clearly a high-end company. Every person I interacted with was extremely knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. Evan, the sales rep, was SUPER thorough in his evaluation of our roof and helped me understand what we needed to do and why. Karl did our pre-installation inspection, spending hours measuring and inspecting every inch of my roof to make sure the day-of install crew would be prepared with what they needed. And the install went so incredibly smooth. I’m still amazed at how much work they were able to get done in a single day and how perfect the work looked during and after installation. This crew was SO good and I’m so happy with the results of their efforts. Brian, the QA rep, stayed on site most of the install day and walked me through what the crew was doing and why it was important. He also, naturally, pointed out some other work that Power could do to help bring my new home to another level. And I can’t wait to dive back in with Power. They’re not cheap, but the craftsmanship and professionalism make the extra cost worth it. I’ll be hiring them again for my windows and trim and I can’t wait to get started."
