"A few months back, my wife and I found Lazer's (owner of NYC Plumbing, Heating and Drain Cleaning) contact info via Google HomeAdvisor as we needed to get a boiler installed, but luckily at that time the boiler company provided free installations - however, we saved Lazer's contact info incase we needed further work. Earlier today, I needed to get an urgent blockage/clog fixed in our basement sink and reached out to Lazer, who was beyond helpful in terms of pricing and availability. He sent one of his workers (Elton) who was not only able to resolve/fix the issue in a matter of mins, but Elton was also kind enough to fix/seal a pipe under the sink which our contractors messed up while installing it. Not only that, but Elton also saw my family and I struggling with a smart thermostat and he went out of his way to help us with the thermostat as well - Jack of all trades!! Lets just say, moving forward I know for sure Lazer and his team will be my go-to people for any plumbing needs. Not only are they fast, helpful and respond right away; but they are very knowledgeable, kind, respectful and very reasonably priced. Overall, amazing work and very reliable!! Highly recommend!!"

"I can't say enough good things about Jimmy- He responded to an emergency sewer backup & when he was here he advised me of the urgent need to replace a VERY old basement slop sink with rotting plumbing (I didn't even realize it) He installed the new sink, reorganized the piping, installed new cutoff valves, changed a bunch of other hoses,etc. He is prompt, courteous, neat & reasonable. "Excellent! Ed is very professional and stands by his work. I have used him for both my houses. Before installing the french drain, he believed I had problem with one of my windows under the deck. He sealed the window up, but, unfortunately, I was still having a bit of a water issue. He came back immediately, and installed the french drain. He gave me a credit toward the price of the French drain for the amount I paid to seal the window. It has been over a year, and, even with all the nor easters we've had...not a drop of water! I was finally able to finish my basement without fear of water damage."

"Really well. When I called for the appointment the woman who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful and got me an appointment the next day. One of the pipes installed during renovation less than a year ago was too short. Graham and Calvin repaired that and snaked out the pipes removing a clog from years ago in the older pipes. They left everything as clean as when they began. They were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. They emailed me their pictures when they were on their way so that I would know who they were when they arrived. If I need help with a plumbing problem again, I will definitely call on them again."

"They did a great job overall from determining the cause of the water seepage to waterproofing the basement and installing the sump pump along with the drainage system. They were very clean and thorough in their work and were able to fix other issues they identified while installing the sump pump drainage system. A few years later we had a different issue that was unrelated to the installation and they were very quick to respond and again help identify the issue. We are happy overall not just with their work, but also with their customer service and knowledge. I would highly recommend this company for any job that requires waterproofing."
