"They came first over for a quote and inspection of access to our back yard. I was advised that my cement walkway may be damaged by the weight of their equipment which was fine since I am planning on having it replaced. The day of, they arrived promptly around noon time with a large truck and a 6 man crew. They quickly began to work and nearly finished the job by sundown. Since it was 4 large trees, they had to come back in the morning to complete the task. They removed all debris and grinned the stumps."

I called them to install a gas range that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak. On top of all that, they were efficient, professional and friendly. I could not be happier with Joel and Appliance Driven. They have a new customer for life. "He couldn't come on the day we'd arranged, so he came the next day instead. Our front and back yards were ridiculously overgrown from a year of neglect, but he came with a team of four others and got both yards done in a few hours. Wish I'd hired him sooner. The workmen who pulled the weeds were smart and left our desirable plants untouched: we worried about the parsley and mint especially because people who don't know plants could easily mistake them for weeds. Thankfully, everything was fine. They used a shovel to aerate the soil to a depth of about 3 inches after removing the weeds. They removed all the waste and cleaned up the walkways/courtyard very neatly so I didn't have to worry about bagging anything or sweeping. I plan to hire them again for maintenance pruning and for mulching, probably also to ask them to remove a couple of tree stumps."

"We arranged a day to have the work done.  Due to a rain storm, the
original day for the work to be done had to be moved on short notice. 
The communication about moving the day was via a phone call, text
message and email - which I thought was excellent. 
When the new appointment day came, the crew arrived 10 minutes early. 
Everyone introduced themselves, josh reviewed the work to be done with
me, and then with the crew.  After that the crew positioned the truck,
got out their gear and got right to work.  The trees are too big for
them to use a truck or ladders, so they used ropes to climb up into the
tree canopy (no spikes used) and started pruning and removing dead
branches.  They worked for 4 hours with no breaks, stopped for about an
hour at lunch time, then did another 2 hours.  After the trimming work,
there was a bunch of branches on the ground, which they put through
their chipper/shredder, raked up the area, and used a blower to finish. 
If you didn't know what had happened, you'd never have been able to
tell anything was previously on the lawn.
All in all - it was a quality experience.  Work was done right by a
professional crew.  Communication was excellent.  Price was fair and
reasonable.  I'd definitely be willing to hire them again."
