And these reviews helped me to contact Pristine. The reviews were written in a way that I saw and experienced personally the good things about Pristine Construction. My wife and I were impressed from the start. Nathan and Mike listened to our needs and tried their very best to fulfill them. In my opinion, the crews and staff are the best in their field of expertise. Throughout the project, not only our 1950s-built house had kitchen upgrade, but also had other upgrades done. These other upgrades were done without sacrificing the timeline of the project. My family are all thrilled with the result of the project. I am proud and right in choosing Pristine Construction. I will choose them again on my next home improvement projects."

"Avi from So Cal Builders & Design Inc was our general contractor for our house's addition/expansion. This is the 2nd time we worked with Avi and his team, after he helped us completely remodeled our existing house, we know he is the perfect guy for our phase II of building the addition to our house. Again, Avi is so great to work with! He is very knowledgable on all construction related work and he is always available to help with whatever. "I used Jeremiah and his crew for a new bedroom, bathroom, and mudroom addition to the back of our house. Our project had a unique challenge that arose once we learned that our house was deemed a historical property by the city. He was flexible in scheduling as we waited on the city to approve our plans. Everything moved very quickly as his team built the addition. The entire building crew and subcontractors Jeremiah used were professional and polite and worked with us. "We just finished a four bedroom/ three bathroom full remodel in Santa Monica. We are very happy with the end result. Nathan, who is the owner, was very involved in all phases of the job. Nathan got the job done on time. The workmanship and attention to detail was great. He had good communication and relationship with his team. Whenever we had a concern or question, Nathan was easy to get a hold of and handled it quickly. We were worried about the process of a remodel with all the stories you hear about bad experiences. But Nathan made this so easy on us and we would definitely use him for any future projects."

"My husband and I really enjoyed working with Ben and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group. Ben oversaw everything from making the plans, getting them approved by the city, scheduling the entire build and doing all final inspections. We really appreciate how communicative Ben was with what day and a time window we could expect the different work groups to come and what work would be done those days. If my husband or I ever had questions or problems with anything that was going on during our construction we were encouraged to call Ben and he helped create a solution that was workable for all of us. We liked that Ben and his team took care of everything from beginning to end and we did not have to hire any additional contractors along the way. We did have to purchase the specific fixtures and tiling we wanted.) We added apx 200 sq feet to our home, which included a bathroom, walk-in closet and room extension. The total process took exactly 1 year from signing our contract to us being able to use our added rooms. (That included making the plans, getting them approved by the city, the build, the installation and final walkthrough with the city inspector.) I would recommend using Ben and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group to my family and friends. We look forward to working with Ben again in the future."
