"Nir wrangles a team of very professional contractors. They did extensive roofing for us and water-damaged wall and flooring repairs with attendant painting. They also replaced a very old and worn out back fence and gate with one that perfectly matches our fencing and works flawlessly and is much more stable than the old fence. Highly recommended."

"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! After our research for the right company and after meeting some of them, we went ahead with SES remodeling due to the helpful experiences and skills they have! Their work included the installation of new tiles all around the bathroom including on the inside of the shower area, replaced the sink, remove all the drywall, get rid of mold that we had no clue that we even have and to install new shower system including all the new plumbing. Not only were they all very nice and friendly but they were so patient with all my questions and the fact that I changed my mind a few times. They turned my horrible backyard to a beautiful oasis. New vinyl fencing and block all around the house. They dug up everything from one side of the house to the other and took out the old patio cover. Working around the worst rain we’ve had in years, they put in new cement and a driveway with electric gate for my husband, beautiful turf for the dogs and a gorgeous patio cover with ceiling fan and recessed lights.
