"I know this is a book, but please read before contacting them. I don't consider this project completed but it was the only way that I could write a review. We still have 1 major issue that I can't get them to fix. I was stupid & paid because they said they would be out to fix the encapsulation. Double stupid because I trusted them. 3 months - still not fixed and now we have water in the crawlspace. Phase 1 took 11 days instead of 3 - a lot of crawlspace work (broken water pipe that they did not break.) Phase 2 was and still is a disaster. Scheduled for 13 - took 34 days. New subflooring (2 - 4 ft) was needed on all outside walls, a main beam, jacks.. We still have unlevel floors, we have uneven matching between new and old subfloor (+ other issues). The project manager did fix some of the issues. It took 7 weeks (renters living in the garage, rent free because that was fair), to complete and fix some of the issues. But the wall encapsulation is still laying on the ground - in water."

"A few years ago, we purchased a home that had been partially flipped. Over the first several months that we lived in the home, we found that the previous owners had intentionally attempted to cover up many water issues in the basement and crawlspace. I don't imagine that there are many people/companies out there that would help us the way Larry did. Finally, after three years we decided to have our basement and crawlspace repaired once and for all. Larry's crew did a fantastic job on both parts. His guys were great to work with. They were hard-working, courteous and trustworthy. They were especially kind to one of our sons (10 yrs. old) because he loves all things construction and wanted to observe the work while it was in progress. For the first time since purchasing our home, we have a dry basement & crawlspace. We've never been able to utilize these areas like we had intended due to the constant water issue. We are very happy with the end result and would absolutely recommend Indiana Crawlspace Repair. We are beyond grateful for Larry and the people he employs."

"Salesman here 6 hrs. Quoted over $30lk got down to $25,500. Of course it was a good for today sign now price I had more estimates lined up but after 6 hrs and him acting like he was my husbands new bf and beer buddy he signed. Scheduled walkthrough- that was cancelled. Started work and had ?issues? that walk through would have found. Blew circuit breaker in workshop of basement, we now need an electrician bc even w replacing the circuit breaker w a new breaker it still turns off. Quotedi time length/ what they would be able to do by salesman- all wrong. Workers say it will be twice as long and what sales man said they could go around they can not. Workers are extremely polite and nice. Will update review when they are finished w work. Today 7/30 will be day 3. "

"I am very disappointed with The Foundation Specialist. Their price quote was more than double that of a competitor, which raised concerns from the start. I canceled the contract within the 72-hour period as allowed under the Federal cooling-off rule, yet more than 10 days later they have failed to refund my $5,500 deposit. I have called multiple times and was repeatedly told that the sales manager would contact me, but no one has followed up. This lack of professionalism and failure to honor a lawful cancellation is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone."

"If you want the best looking patio on your block then CD & Son Concrete Inc is who you need to call! We just recently had them pour our back patio and add concrete onto our driveway. From getting the quote to getting the work completed, the communication was top notch and very professional. The owner Dean walked me through every step and even made sure to lay wood down to protect our lawn! Dean also has the best concrete stamper around Chris! It was worth every penny for them to get this completed. Our kids and family love it already so much! The pictures of the patio says it all and they don't even give it justice the work that was put into it! I want to add that others have added concrete onto their driveways in my neighborhood, but ours is the only one that matches our driveway perfectly in color and texture! So I highly recommend them for all your concrete needs!"

"I usually keep matters like this private, but after weeks of being ignored, I feel I have no choice. On July 26th, I was forced off the road by a driver in an Indiana Foundation Company vehicle (US DOT #1387693). The driver swerved into my lane, causing me to hit a curb and damage my car. I spoke with Pat Diehl, General Manager, who told me to email my information so their insurance could follow up. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, I’ve received no response at all. If this is how Indiana Foundation Company handles situations caused by their employees, it makes me question how they run their business and how they treat their customers. Accountability and communication should be the bare minimum. All I’ve asked for is a response. Jeffrey C."
