"Serviceman (Don) showed up at scheduled time and removed top of washing machine to inspect the bearings. He stated that the bearings were bad and would need to be replaced. The bearing kit and other parts would have totaled over 700.00 plus another 400.00 in labor so I decided to just buy a new washer to replace my 13 year old meile.

"They were a bit too stealthy. Every time they come out, they send out a different technician, so we're not getting consistent information from them on the things that are needed. That wasn't the first time we used A#1 Air, but I believe that would be the last time we used them. There was a huge upcharge, for the subcontracting or whatever. There was a significant upcharge because of whatever, so I used Mr Duct Cleaner. They're great on responsiveness. They are always on time. They should have one person do a block because they send different people every time, which is a negative because different people have different opinions and it gets very confusing. They keep an internal log of the comments and things like that that they have about the residence, but you aren't able to view that information to see what a previous technician has said or recommended. A different person has come to our residence every single time we've used their services and we've been using them since probably 2011. We've never had the same person come out. Up until this year they were giving us a piece of paper every time someone came out and I was trying to keep up with everything that they were saying, but now, according to the technician that came out in December, they have it where those notes are put into a system and he is able to see it on his iPad that he brought but I don't know what those notes are. So I don't know what he is putting in there and I don't know what was said previously, I'm going through sheets of paper trying to figure out, "Okay, I feel like we got that done," "No, you didn't have it done. This is what they did on this visit." So if they would allow clients to log into some type of online whatever to see the different services that they provided at a particular appointment and the notes that the technician had that would be great. But, I have like a set of papers. It is cumbersome to keep up with everything that they give you and know that, "Okay, so this technician said we needed this, this technician said we needed this." We thought we got this done, no, he didn't do that, this is what he did. That is confusing as a customer. So they need to get a little more organized. I just feel like they should have maybe two people. They should have a book of clients and they have two people go out to that person all the time."

"I lowered my overall rating because of the delay in getting my part. It wasn't entirely their fault. Took 4 days instead of 3 plus the weekend, while I was trying to keep my food from spoiling. I had to spend $210 on dry ice. They did keep me advised throughout the delay. Tyler was very knowledgeable and proficient in diagnosing and repairing my refrigerator once the part arrived. He showed me everything he was doing and explained what the problems were. I signed up for the maintenance program and they gave me a discount on this repair. He will be back this week to do preventative maintenance on my dishwasher, oven, washer and dryer and to fix the water dispenser in the refrigerator. That repair will be free as part of the maintenance contract. I am very pleased with the company and intend to use them for all repairs in the future."
