When my floors started to show moisture, swell, and buckle, I was completely lost. Brian explained the science behind everything clearly. He didn’t talk down to me, try to oversell, scare, or pressure me. With over 15 years of experience as a salesperson myself, I can tell the difference. Brian didn’t sell me; he gave me options, asked questions, provided information, and allowed me to make a decision on my own time. He was courteous, punctual, and professional. Secondly, the installation process was fantastic. My installers—Josh, Lewis, and Cameron—were excellent. They showed me everything and explained each step. They were courteous and spoke to me with respect. I really love this company and will recommend their business to everyone I meet. I feel to the need to let anyone who reads this post know. The customer service that AFS provided was on par with Costco and Chick-fil-A. If you have ever been to these places, you know the feeling like the person your speaking to actually cares about your needs that is this company. With that being said it is my opinion that the top three companies with the best customer service are as followed AFS, Costco and Chick-fil-A they are in A League of Their Own. He showed up on time and got right to work. He and his men were professional and polite. They answered all questions and explained what they were doing along the way. "when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"
