"We hired Lo's to do drywall and custom texturing for our entire house remodel. We were under a time crunch and they were able to fit us in within our time constraints. They finished the job earlier than expected and we are very happy with the quality of the work. They even came out on the weekend to start to ensure our time frame was met. I had several bids from other contractors and my main concern was that they would be able to get the texture exactly like I wanted it. I had a venetian plaster look on the entire upstairs and LOVE it! Amadou checked with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy with the work. One of the bedrooms had wallpaper on it that they removed. It was stuck on there so bad that we ended up having to sheet rock over it. This was not part of the original bid but they agreed to do it without charge. Most of the other bids I got wanted to charge me extra for each room I wanted the custom texturing done on. Amadou said I could have any room upstairs done in the texture and it would be the same price. He even said he would come back and do a pre paint touch up for no charge. The employees were very professional. They cleaned up everything very well. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat. They also gave me a bid on the painting but I thought they were a little high. However, seeing the professionalism and quality of work they did on the drywall and texture, I wish I would have gone with them on the paint too. They showed me that before painting starts I need to caulk the corners. They caulked one room to show me exactly what needed to be done. They also left me 3 containers of caulk (no charge) and gave me advice on painting if I wanted to do a dark colored accent wall. I can't say enough about how happy we are with the work."

"It only took a day, was told it could take two days. The inspection was approved early in the day to be able to wrap it up early. Tyler was professional, explained the process throughout, took pictures that I could review later and went over the warranty and cleaning instructions. It was a very easy remodel from a himeowner's standpoint. While waiting for caulking to dry, Tyler helped me clean the bathroom vent cover and then mounted it back up on the ceiling. I would hire Tyler and his team again, as well as the Jacuzzi company, the brand means quality and a lifetime warranty. Cleanup was great and the team was very accommodating to our family as they were leaving for work. They arrived early in the window, and actually traveled nearly 50 miles to our home We hired Jacuzzi through Costco and the only issue we had was payment via my credit card. There was a problem with processing, so Jacuzzi reduced my overall cost by 2%, the amount I would have received back from my Costco/Citi credit card, when I paid in full. I was very happy with this option and everything worked out great. Jacuzzi contacted me about every three weeks as a reminder of the upcoming install and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Overall, our satisfaction rate is 100% and we would most definately recommend this remodel to our family and friends!!!"
