"On time arrival, that's huge. They did a look-see in the morning and the underground storm drain pipe repair job I needed done was simple enough that they were able to fit me into their schedule that same day. They did an amazing job on the pipe repair and even filled in the hole when they were done. I had already done the digging and had tried to do the repair myself. Big mistake. Call AXIOM and get it done right the first time! I was so impressed that I gave their business card to our HOA president to give to any of our neighbors that are having similar issues with their storm drain pipes. The houses in our neighborhood have areas of obvious quick, cheap, shoddy and out-of-code (I looked it up!) workmanship and materials and the City of Tigard is ridiculously inept if not downright corrupt regarding construction inspections, observed during a recent inspection after the replacement of my forced air gas furnace (original was cheap and NOT installed to code), but that's another story. Some are starting to have similar issues with their storm drain pipes and it's only a matter of time for others."

"Summit plumbing was fabulous from start to finish on my project. I hired them for a tub to shower conversion in my condo. Bob (one of owners), and Tyler did such a great job and were extremely easy to work with. They cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. When done, I had a minor problem with water leaking from the pivot shower door. The day I called, Bob was at my house within the hour and came again the next day when the issue wasn't initially resolved I'm happy to say he fixed the leak and I'm very happy with my new shower. "I purchased a large pedestal sink when Covid hit and discovered the plumbing needed work before I could install it. I called Henco plumbing and Joe came out and explained what they would need to do to install my new Pedestal sink, he answered my questions and concerns and gave me a quote for the job. Adrian came out today and reworked the 1935 plumbing and installed the new sink. He did an awesome job. The plumbing work is perfect and hidden behind the pedestal. The caulking work was excellent. I am very pleased and impressed with Henco Plumbing. I would use them again."

"Went very, very well. A different large plumbing company had visited the site the day before (a Friday; we had to wait about two weeks for that appointment) and offered only one option to repair a large (3 inch X 8 inch) hole in our main sewer line: replace all 40 feet of drain pipe in our crawl space, including need to cut into drywall and wood trim in a bathroom. Furthermore, that company could not do the work for 10 or more days, and refused to consider any kind of "band aid patch" to get us through, leaving our house effectively without proper drainage for any running water, despite our communicating that urgency was more important than price. D and F, on the other hand sent a plumber on a Saturday morning within an hour of our contacting them. The D and F plumber indicated that a "band aid patch" (replacing about 5 feet of rusted drain pipe) would probably last us for at least several years, and he could do the work on the spot. By 6 pm that day (Saturday) our plumbing was again fully operational. I must add that D and F is not a budget operation: we paid emergency repair prices. But we avoided the lodging costs and inconvenience of vacating our house for 10 days, which was our priority. In short, D and F met our specific needs promptly. THANK YOU D and F!"
