"Five stars for these guys! Jason and Levi were very professional in handling our situation. When I called Jason, he answered the phone right away. I asked for availability and was able to come the very next morning. They showed up right on time and ready to go. They checked our toilet which had a leak, kitchen fossette which also had a bad leake and needed to be fully replaced and also replaced a pipe on our water heater that was also leaking. They showed up and looked at everything right away, then they made some calls about parts, gave us a quote and started fixing all three things right away. From the moment they stepped in to them doing all of their work, us paying them and them leaving was 2 hours. In my opinion that was very quick and efficient! Very clean work! We highly recommend CORE MECHANICAL, they are knowledgeable, kind, friendly and efficient! They will be our go to team for anything regarding plumbing as long as they are in business!"

"Went very, very well. A different large plumbing company had visited the site the day before (a Friday; we had to wait about two weeks for that appointment) and offered only one option to repair a large (3 inch X 8 inch) hole in our main sewer line: replace all 40 feet of drain pipe in our crawl space, including need to cut into drywall and wood trim in a bathroom. Furthermore, that company could not do the work for 10 or more days, and refused to consider any kind of "band aid patch" to get us through, leaving our house effectively without proper drainage for any running water, despite our communicating that urgency was more important than price. D and F, on the other hand sent a plumber on a Saturday morning within an hour of our contacting them. The D and F plumber indicated that a "band aid patch" (replacing about 5 feet of rusted drain pipe) would probably last us for at least several years, and he could do the work on the spot. By 6 pm that day (Saturday) our plumbing was again fully operational. I must add that D and F is not a budget operation: we paid emergency repair prices. But we avoided the lodging costs and inconvenience of vacating our house for 10 days, which was our priority. In short, D and F met our specific needs promptly. THANK YOU D and F!"

Customers say: Quick response
"They listened on the phone and repeated my explanation back to me perfectly the first time. That was nice. A very experienced friendly man listened to my story carefully and addressed the issue that stopped me from doing the repair myself. He cut out the broken (old chrome pipe) that led to the cast iron drain. He tried a wrench like I did, then stopped when it was obvious that would never work. Cut out the pipe without causing further damage. He then snaked it out, and we discussed how in the future this pipe should eventually be replaced. Then he expertly put it back together with new parts. Now I can plan long term solution while resuming my daily routine."

"I had a small leak that turned out to be a significantly bigger project than I thought. The axiom team was so helpful and explained things along the way. They were very great to work with throughout the twists and turns of this project. They were also the only plumbing company that I found that would cut the concrete, dig out the pipes, replace them, and redo the concrete. All others always needed a second company to come in and help and were much more expensive quotes. I would recommend this company. "

"I hired Collin with independent plumbing for a full house re-pipe, installation of all my water fixtures as well as a new water heater and water purification system for a remodel I had done on my house. Needless to say Collin is the guy you want for any of your plumbing needs. He got the job done early and came in right on budget. Collin kept his work areas clean and was very professional. I can’t recommend him enough. I will definitely be using no other plumber in the future."
