His attention to detail is amazing and seriously lacking in this day and age. He found other minor issues that required additional attention, ran for supplies, and willingly took them on. "We needed to repair/rebuild our front deck. Prestige Construction and Home Remodeling were the only contractors who responded to our calls. Mike came out, took a look at our deck, identified a number of problems involving rotted deck boards, and gave us a quote. He and his crew showed up first thing in the morning and began tearing the deck apart. During this process they identified a number of other wood rot issues, increasing the amount of wood that needed to be replaced, and the cost. I do not fault Mike at all on the increased price, and he discussed every issue with me before he did anything. He also made it clear in his estimate that finding additional instances of wood rot would affect the cost, so the increase wasn't a surprise. Overall we are very happy with the work done. Every time they found a new problem, I was informed and they provided options to address the issue. I would recommend them to my friends and when it's time for me to do my next deck, Prestige will get my call."
