We had another sprinkler co. come out previously and they said we needed to redo and redesign the entire layout of sprinklers. Roman came out and within 5 minutes determined it was the back flow system that needed to be replaced after falling apart. Roman gave us an estimate to repair and replace within minutes. You pay monthly for all weeks out of the year, so even if it snows, you have to pay for them to come out, but, from what I understand, they still will clean up the leaves and all that kind of stuff. They were very punctual, listened to what I was requesting, and if I had an issue, their follow-up was prompt and it was taken care of. They come every Thursday."

certification. Paul is a busy guy so it took him a day to get back to me which I
think is very reasonable.  We scheduled
the appointment. He was very punctual. I explained that I had just purchased
the house so he explained how to winterize the system at the end of the season
and how to program the timer at no additional cost. During the inspection, he
found three sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced so he replaced those at
the same time. Total additional cost for the heads installed and adjusted?. $8.97.
