"Mike Warner the owner of the company told me it would be 3 to 4 weeks before they could get to my house.Two days later Kathyfrom the Warner office called and informed me they would do the job starting Thursday 12th of July and they would probibly finishthe job the next day Friday 13th.The 5 man crew arrived at about 8 AM,striped the entire roof and installed the 15 lb felt in less than 3 hours.An hour later they rerturned from lunch break and installed the complete roof and clean up before 4 PM.It was a very hot day,80 degrees or better but this crew performed with  skill and effieciency I could not believe if I had not witnessed it myself.I can not say enough positives about this crew who worked as a team with out wasting any montions.

"In communications with RainDrop, we specifically mentioned that we needed to replace an asphalt shingle roof with metal roofing primarily due to the roof slope, and some other factors. A sales representative was sent out to evaluate the existing asphalt roof and confirmed that it needed replacing, but afterward, he spent almost an hour pitching various asphalt shingle products. He was clearly knowledgeable and knew his stuff about asphalt roofing. While the rep was friendly, he didn't seem to have as much in-depth knowledge or experience with installing metal roofing. We were confused about why a rep with more metal roofing knowledge was not sent out as we had no interest in the asphalt shingles. Therefore, we ultimately did not feel comfortable selecting RainDrop to install a new metal roof."
