"Mike Warner the owner of the company told me it would be 3 to 4 weeks before they could get to my house.Two days later Kathyfrom the Warner office called and informed me they would do the job starting Thursday 12th of July and they would probibly finishthe job the next day Friday 13th.The 5 man crew arrived at about 8 AM,striped the entire roof and installed the 15 lb felt in less than 3 hours.An hour later they rerturned from lunch break and installed the complete roof and clean up before 4 PM.It was a very hot day,80 degrees or better but this crew performed with  skill and effieciency I could not believe if I had not witnessed it myself.I can not say enough positives about this crew who worked as a team with out wasting any montions.

"Excellent. Dave Brisco and his crew were easy to work with. They were able to start the work soon after I signed the contract. I went to their office and selected the roofing material and color. My old roof was removed and all scrap was cleaned up and removed. The new roof was installed and, again, all debris was removed. I also had three skylights replaced. I highly recommend Brisco Roofing."

"I had eight estimates to do the job, they were the 7th. Estimates ranges from $60k for aluminum down to $30k for the same job they did for $20k. Felipe always answers his phone so don't know what happened with the bad review someone gave them. Our roof is incredibly steep and very large with dramatic lines, being a one level house. The crew was lovely, I left my doors unlocked so they could use the facilities. Not at their request, but at my insistence. By the way, the big selling point for another bid was they brought their own port-a-potty. For 10K more. Expensive potty! They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I had a leak where one corner of the gutter wasn't completely calked, they responded immediately. I had reservations, going from shake to shingle, about loosing the architectural aspect of the roof, it turned out beautiful. I'm an analyst (hence the 8 bids) but am so happy to have hired them. In all the contractor experiences we've had in this house, theirs was the best.

"The good experience with Raindrop started with the estimate; Lee was knowedgeable and up front with me about the need to fix my chimney before they could do the roof work; neither of the other roofing contractors had mentioned that. When I accepted their bid, but the work couldn't start for over a month, they held the original price even though the cost of materials had just gone up. When they came to do the work, they were courteous and always willing to answer any questions I had about the process. "James was right on time for our appointment to repair that the inspector on a house we bought had recommended. It was raining and we checked the complete ceiling of the garage and did not find a leak. He did find a piece of sheathing that showed signs of a previous leak that had been repaired. He was very transparent in telling me that if this were his house he would not spend on replacing that now, as it was in decent shape and there was no leak.
