They won among 3 quotes, because: - they are the only ones who climbed the roof and really checked my gutters for a quote and told me what can be done and what cannot. - they are the only who said NO to my ideas and well explained why it is impossible/bad. For ex, why it is better to not fix the slope as much as I want - it will expose the house structure to water and I will deal with repairing the house then - they came up with a better idea of installing additional downspouts instead of fixing the angle of upper gutters and disturbing the roof. THANK YOU FOR THIS it looks great. - they offered only what should be done instead of offering/charging unnecessary work. - they offered almost twice the lower price than a well advertised company, a bit higher price than the other one but because of the above, they got my heart and money."

"Gus, owns this company. He was a subcontractor for DeBella who was contracted to do our root. When we had problems we played tag with DeBella for two years. I finally contacted the subcontractor and let him know I would be filing suit for repairs. He was completely unaware of the damage repair requests. He was able to work and secure the proprietary roofing of DeBella from another company to get the repair made. Even while deathly ill he managed to guide his workers to make the necessary repairs in a vary timely manner. I would recommend him hands down. Very personable. DeBella did not make any attempt to stand behind their guarantee and warrantee< Sadly. I do not recommend them."

"The team did an excellent job cleaning the roof. It had been a few years so we were seeing moss sprouting up again -- and after the cleaning the moss was gone. I knew the gutters were in bad shape because I could see some weeds growing out of one section. After the cleaning the weeds were gone and there wasn't the leaking from the gutters that we had before. Only complaint was that something got left on our front windows (maybe just muddy water from the gutters). This was why we gave them a B for quality. Even so, I was pleased and we'll use them again in about 3 years from now. <br /> <br />"
