"I was satisfied with the appointment set up, etc. but when the time of appointment, two people showed up, a man and a woman.   They knocked on the door and said they were going to walk around the house first on the outside.  It was a very cold, rainy day and it was muddy around the house in some places.
When they came in, they did not bother to take off their shoes and because my crawl space is in the back of my house, in a bedroom closet, they drug dirt throughout the house.  Then the young man proceeded to go under the house.  He took his shoes off then and put on a coverall.    He did not put anything down to keep the carpet or protect my clothing in closet.  I was glad I had put down a small rug by crawl space entrance.  When he came out,, he put back on his dirty shoes and proceeded to walk back through the house, and in the kitchen to write up an estimate.
I did not feel his price was reasonable and would not use them.

"Refinished my bath tub.  He did a great job and was able to do it while I was gone.  My only issue is that it has start to peel a few years later.

"We hired Pure Home Remodeling to remodel our Kitchen and master Bathroom. Our project manager was helpful and useful during the whole remodeling process. The quality of the cabinets, flooring, paint and more, is very high and we are very satisfied with the complete remodeling project. The whole team of people were very creative and after all the meetings that we had with our project manager, we were provided with a detailed and printed estimate that included a timeline, price breakdown and total price with focusing on each stage of the process. All the issues that came up during the remodeling were handled by our project manager. What we loved most was that they were all handled in a timely manner and none of them was left unsolved. The remodeling project was completed on the date that he promised us. We love the new kitchen and master bathroom and are very happy with the new design and results that Pure Home Remodeling delivered us."

"I was well pleased with the people who came out to do the templates.  They were very professional.  Installation went well, although a change I had made after the template was made caused some on-site problems that were resolved by the very skilled crew that did the installation.
I chose a granite that has a lot of variation.  I still like my choice, but did not realize that the seams would be more noticeable,  Even with that - my counters are amazing.
With a left over piece, I had a top made for a new built-in desk.   I learned that just because there is some left over granite not to expect a bargain on a second countertop of any size!
